Laminar Flow System
The laminar air flow system to build-up from small to room size clean
work areas. The system includes basic module with HEPA filter and fan
for delivering Class M.3.5 (100) Fed. Std. 209/E air quality.
Improved
design plenum in negative pressure to prevent risk that contaminated
air might escape bypassing filters and to reduce a pressure transition
losses, noise level and uneven air velocity.
